Shipping/Handling Policy:
Customer will pay shipping fee (including insurance and delivery confirmation) plus a small handling fee where applicable. We will choose the shipping method that will be most beneficial to our customers. Foreign orders are shipped by Air letter post or USPS Global Priority.

Return Policy:
Absolutely no returns on books or Patterns. Items will be accepted for return only under the following circumstances: (1) The item has an obvious manufacturer defect that was not detected prior to shipping (please note that ALL items are inspected before shipping and it is unlikely you will experience any such problems) (2) Item was not as described in the original ad. (3) Item was damaged in shipping in which case the Post Office will have say in the final decision. Changing your mind about an item or overspending is not covered by my return policy. These things should be thought through prior to purchase. All returned items must be marked on the outer box with a Return Authorization number. Items not so marked will be refused and returned to sender. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.
